Our Precious Queens and Kings

There are many beautiful young women who represent the Four Flags Area Apple Festival.  Each Participant puts in many hours learning to walk, look, turn, and be a Queen without knowing what or if they will be picked to be the next Miss Apple Festival, and Jr Miss Festival.  These participants have their hair, nails done, have their parents or friends watch them prepare for the big day.  The Staff of the Niles High School prepare to Host the Queen Contest and put lights up and ensure the sound will be just right.  Cathie Waggonner and her staff set the stage so it's just right for the audience and each of our new Queens.  The curtain comes up and they start with a opening dance.  Wow, the Participants are all very Gorgeous.  Although, there are only four positions to be filled, All of our Participants are Winners in their own unique way.

The Four Flags Area Apple Festival is not only very honored to have a beautiful Queen and her court, but also a Senior King and Queen and a Prince and Princess represent our Festival.

We want to take a few minutes and tell Marilyn White a BIG BIG THANK YOU!!!!!  Marilyn has been a intriquit part of the Four Flags Area Apple Festival in many activities but the Queen Contest has been her baby for many years.  She has done a phenonamal job!!!  We are very proud to have such a  great person involved with our festival and very proud of all of her accomplishments.  Thanks Again Marilyn.
